Charles Krafft is not your typical artist. Charles was born in Seattle in 1947. His work specializes in porcelain, painted in blue and white, the style of Delft earthenware of Netherlands. Krafft describes his work to be eloquently completely non-functional and absurdly decorative. Working with plaster moulds, he slip casts all of his work. Once made, each piece is hand decorated with traditional Delft styling.Posted by xcomapink
