I found this artist about a month ago in an art forum. His name is Mark Elliott. As a child, he was inspired by Popeye cartoons, Norman Rockwell pictures and dinosaurs. In 1990, he graduated from the school of Visual Arts with a BFA in illustration. Since then, he has illustrated numerous book covers for young adult readers.Posted by xcomapink
